Where a user's paid pass expires, Gallerizz provides a 60-day renewal grace period to allow the user to renew the membership or download eligible data.
During this grace period:
Certain premium features, including premium storage, editing tools, AI features and premium printing benefits, may become unavailable until the membership is renewed.
If the membership is renewed during the applicable grace period, eligible services may be restored according to the active membership plan.
If the membership is not renewed within sixty (60) days after expiry:
Once original-resolution files have been permanently deleted, they may no longer be recoverable.
Deletion schedules remain subject to:
Membership plans, storage limits, pricing, promotional offers and subscription benefits may change over time.
Promotional campaigns:
Completed purchases remain subject to the terms accepted at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Gallerizz may offer a limited recovery period of 7 days.

If Gallerizz does not actually support account restoration, this clause must be removed.
Deleted files are first moved to the Trash.
Unless permanently deleted earlier:
If the user selects Delete Permanently, the files enter Gallerizz secure deletion workflow.
Where technically feasible, users may submit a recovery request within approximately 15 days after initiating permanent deletion.
Recovery requests are handled on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed once secure deletion processing has commenced.
Production systems are designed to permanently remove deleted media within approximately 30 days, subject to:
Deleted information may temporarily remain in:
Backup copies are not intended for ordinary active use.
They will be deleted, overwritten or rendered inaccessible according to backup cycles, unless retention is legally required.
If a backup is restored following a disaster, deletion controls should be reapplied where technically and operationally feasible.
Deleted media may temporarily remain within encrypted backup systems until scheduled backup rotation has completed.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the vendor relationship, contractual penalties and legal proceedings.
Deleting content from your account may disable Gallerizz-controlled access.
However, deletion cannot guarantee removal of copies independently created by others, including:
Gallerizz cannot delete files from another person’s independent device merely because the original user deletes their Gallerizz account.
Where data has been sent to a service provider acting for Gallerizz, we will use appropriate processes to require deletion or return where applicable.
Independent third parties may have separate legal obligations and retention practices.
Where AI-enabled features are used, account deletion should address applicable:
Recommended rule: Private user photos and videos should not be used to train general-purpose AI models by default without a separate documented legal basis, appropriate transparency and any required consent.
If Gallerizz later introduces such training, this Policy and the Privacy Policy must be updated before deployment.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies may process user media to improve features such as:
These processes are designed solely to improve Gallerizz services.
Gallerizz does not:
If AI-derived indexes, thumbnails, search indexes or personalization data are associated with deleted user content, Gallerizz will remove or disassociate such information according to applicable deletion workflows where technically feasible.
