Users will continue to see their order history after production files have been deleted.
An order of acknowledgement does not necessarily mean final acceptance.

Users must not treat Gallerizz as the sole archival copy of irreplaceable content unless the Company expressly offers a guaranteed archival service.
Users should maintain independent backups of important media.
Subject to applicable law, service interruption may occur because of:
Gallerizz will use reasonable efforts appropriate to the Service but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Although Gallerizz provides cloud storage services, users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of irreplaceable photographs and videos.
No online storage platform can guarantee uninterrupted availability or protection against every possible technical, operational or security event.
AI outputs may be inaccurate.
Users should independently review:
Gallerizz should not automatically delete irreplaceable originals solely because an AI system labels them as duplicates or low quality without an appropriate user flow.
Certain features may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.

Users acknowledge that ai-generated recommendations may not always be accurate.
Users remain responsible for reviewing:

The Gallerizz Service, excluding User Content, may contain intellectual property owned by or licensed to the Company, including:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gallerizz and SAKIRU FOCUS & FRAMES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or other indirect economic loss arising from or relating to the use of the Service, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where legally permissible, the aggregate contractual liability of Gallerizz and SAKIRU FOCUS & FRAMES PRIVATE LIMITED arising out of or relating to a paid Service shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount actually paid by the affected User to Gallerizz for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. or
(b) INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only).
The above limitation shall not apply to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and any other non-waivable statutory liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting any right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable Indian law where such right or remedy cannot legally be waived by contract.
To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for losses arising from the user’s:
Any indemnity will be interpreted subject to applicable law and will not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, regulator or other forum where applicable law grants that right.
